- Tour at Cuenca and Transfer to Guayaquil
- The next day you will be guided through a city tour of Cuenca and later transferred to Guayaquil. The tour will begin by visiting the Plaza San Sebastian, which constitutes the western colonial border of the city. You will then stop by the museum of modern art, which gracefully exhibits contemporary art. A walk through the downtown will lead you to the San Francisco market, flower market, and Abdon Calderon Park, where you will explore the new cathedral and its renowned gold leaf canopy. The guide will further take you to a hat factory known as the Homero Ortega Panama hat factory, displaying how the hat is manufactured. You will also be escorted to the tourist viewpoint of Turi, which offers a grand view of the city.

You will also visit the Interpretation Centre of Galapagos National Park.
